At Kissak we provide the highest level of service and support so you can be on your way to enjoy our gorgeous girls. We have devised this support page to help you find the answers to your concern as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please click the appropriate section below:

Membership Questions:

MEMBERSHIP QUESTIONS:

>>I want to cancel my membership.

You can cancel your membership by visiting the CCBill Support Page
NOTE: To ensure enough time to process your account you should cancel at least 24 hours ahead of the schedule billing date (Date/Time will be in EST).

Remember, once you cancel you will have access until the end of that billing cycle.

>>Why don't I see the latest updates? (Proxy Servers)
The problem with proxy servers is that they store content to speed up download speeds. This can be a be a problem on frequently updated sites like ours. Ideally you should view our content without the use of proxy servers because you might not get the latest updates otherwise.

To disable on Windows PC's: click Start => Control Panel => Connections => LAN settings => disable any checked feature => restart the computer.

>>I cancelled my membership, why do I still have access?
Once cancelled you will continue to have access until the end of your billing period. For example if you cancelled on the 10th of a month and joined on the 22nd you will still have access for another 12 days (22nd of the month). For more info please check our Terms and Conditions page.

>>Why can't I join?
There are many possible reasons why you would not be able to join.
Please ensure the following: Your credit card info, along with the CV2 (last 3-digits on reverse of card) was entered correctly, make sure you enter the exact credit card billing address. (this is where the credit card bill is sent to) you credit limit or daily limit has not been exceded, you are not using an expired, stolen credit card, or a credit card that has refunds and chargeback disputes on it.
If you still can not join please try another method of payment.

>>What is your refund policy?
Our membership fees are nonrefundable. Once cancelled you will continue to have access until the end of the billing period. >>What shows up on my credit card statement?
Your credit card and will be billed discreetly by 'CCBill.com *Kissak'. Nothing pertaining to Adult Content whatsoever. We treat your privacy with the utmost care.

>>What is your privacy policy?
We treat all of your personal information with the utmost privacy. We will never sell your information or use it any other way except for contacting you about special offers pertaining to the site you joined.

CONTENT VIEWING AND PLAYBACK:

>>Why do the photos have a low resolution? They seem pixelated or compressed.
Make sure you are using the highest colour resolution available on your monitor. * Windows PC: [Control Panel] => [choose Display] => [click Settings] and set video card to the highest possible color depth (24 or 32 bits).

>>What browser should I use?
We suggest using the newest Firefox Mozilla browser. However Internet Explorer is another good choice. To ensure maximum enjoyment of Kissak.com please ensure you are always using the latest verions.

>>Why does the media player prompt a login?
You most likely are using an outdated or older version of Media Player. Make sure you have the latest by going here: Windows Media Player.

>>How do I save images to my harddrive?
Any picture can be saved to your computer by right clicking on the image and clicking on 'save image as'. If you have problems with this try clearing your cache. Tools --> Internet Options --> Temp Internet Files --> delete all temporary internet files. --> Ok. This may take a minute or so to complete.

>>What should I use to play movies?
Use Windows Media Player to play our movies. This is a free widely used movie player that is very easy to use. Get it here: Windows Media Player. Ensure you download the proper Player (Windows XP or Vista)

To view our flash videos, ensure that you have the latest version of Flash player installed on your computer. You can download a free version of the Flash player here. It is quick and easy.

>>How can I use my Mac to watch movies?
Please make sure you have the latest Windows Player for Mac installed.

>>My download manager does not work.
Try reducing the number of connections the download manager is trying to make. We suggest using 3-4 connections as this is more optimal for download speed without putting too much strain on our servers.
REMEMBER You do not need to enter the username and password when adding your download manager to the queue.

>>How can I download the movies?
We stream our movies by using an embedded windows media player. When you click the movie you wish to watch it may take up to 20 seconds to load onto your embedded player. Once it plays, sit back and enjoy.

PASSWORD AND LOGIN ISSUES:

>>I forgot or never received my login.
Please send us an email with the following info regarding your subscription. (email used at sign-up, last name, method of payment, site name, subscription ID, etc.) Most of this information would have been sent to you at the time of signing up, so please check the email you used at the time of sign-up.

>>I enter my login info but then get redirected somewhere else?
Our system detects multiple failed login attempts and assumes that the logins are malicious. As a result sometimes valid logins that are entered incorrectly get banned or redirected. If this is happening to you please ensure you are entering your info correctly, and that your subscription has not expired. If you still have problems please fill out this form as detailed as possible.

>>I use Security Software does this pose a problem?
Yes, it may. We recommend disabling programs such as Norton Internet Security, Atguard Privacy Software or Safeweb. Disable anonymizing software and do not use anonymizing URLs.

>>I enter my login and still can't get in.
or
>>I keep getting sent back to the login page.

Please remember that your username and password is CaSe senSiTivE!

Please ensure the following:

You have not downloaded huge parts of the site with a download manager. This is also called "site leeching". Please don't do that as other members' download speed and experience might be negatively affected. "Leeching" will be blocked and is not tolerated.

Your subscription has not ended, check that the caps lock key is correct and that your login info is correct. We recommend cutting and pasting the username and password to ensure that it is entered correctly. To do this highlight the text --> right click over highlighted area and click 'copy' --> place mouse in the login field, right-click --> paste.

If you still have problems - please ensure you have cookies enabled.

Go to Tools menu --> Select Internet Options --> Click Privacy Tab. Slide setting to Low. You can always change this security setting back to your preferred privacy zone after viewing plugins.


>>Why is my username disabled?
Our system detects multiple logins so it is essential that you DO NOT SHARE your login info. Other reasons you could be blocked are: accessing the site from multiple Internet locations, or a password trader has got a hold of your account and is sharing it with multiple users.

>>How do I turn on the 'cookies'?
Go to Tools menu --> Select Internet Options --> Click Privacy Tab. Slide setting to Low. You can always change this security setting back to your preferred privacy zone after viewing plugins.

Repeat to ensure no checked boxes!
Install and run LavaSoft Ad-ware (great FREE program) to remove any spyware.
